Shares
Curt and I bought shares one & two tonight. Of some thing we're still defining. Curt's first task as employee-owner is to create a stylistically realist piece for the seed "Comma on a Pedestal". His also task is to sketch an abstract interpretation.
Share one was sold for one dollar. Share two was sold for three dollars. And so-on down the line. Although after more thought, I think it ought to be driven by free markets. The share price is a market dynamic. We will offer share 3 at $3, and we can sell it to whomever we like with shareholder approval. At what price we believe to be fair.
In any case, the entity made its first investment, acquiring the rights to not napkining a pkin for today from the boat-guy for $3.00. or possibly $1 + $2. The details on this point may be debatable, but the integrity of the whole shit stands.
There were a couple interesting dynamics that were my responsibility to note. I have forgotten them. Pray they come back in a fresh new era.
