The Art of Fatherhood

I had a discussion the other day with a friend. I attempted to persuade him into believing that life is art and that specific moments themselves are discreet pieces of art. The argument ended with him saying art is definable and tangible and identifiable by those qualified to identify art as such. And my belief of what art includes is illogical and reserved to the mind of me.

The spirit and intention of the concept are paramount. The label or logical proof of it is an academic exercise for the quizzical mind in search of knowledge, understanding, the bite of the Edenic apple. The essence of my being as I know it is to celebrate, appreciate and express the being with love. To avoid and squash fear as fear is an emotion that divides us. But my being is a part of THE Being. The universal being that is "the point".
