Thank you for the exceptional communication. I am a college student who is in the middle of final(s) and just found out that my bank account is "On Hold" because someone is trying to steal my identity. [Apparently, when a check bounces, the "bouncing party" (probably not as fun as it sounds) can acquire lots of into about you and your account -- what a nice bonus!] I must deal with it henceforth the best that I possibly can. The bankers in their nice suits are investigating. At the earliest glimmer of hope for account renewal, I will shop at your fine virtual establishment again.
